Overview of the role
Ensure high-quality service delivery and monitor programmatic implementation of services and staff adherence to standards of service delivery in the field. Respond to crisis calls during designated shift alongside staff for the purposes of evaluating job readiness, training progress, and accurate service delivery. Provide training on all aspects of Mobile Crisis service delivery according to program policies and procedures. Schedule and facilitate one-on-one supervision and case staffings for direct reports. Participate in effective community outreach and education to ensure service delivery and knowledge of programs with partners and stakeholders.
The standard hours for this role are M-F from 2:00pm-10:00pm, with occasional weekend coverage as needed for training. The role offers the opportunity to sign an ESA for the Mobile Crisis team and pick up additional overtime shifts if desired.

What you’ll do

What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in human services and two (2) years relevant experience.
- 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
- Comfort using basic computer software.
- Basic typing and data entry skills.
- High comfort with computers with ability to type quickly and multi-task.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills.
- Valid driver’s license and be insurable by the agency auto insurance policy.
- Pass all background checks completed by Foundation 2 Crisis Services.
- Submit copy of college degree or transcript as required by licensure for personnel file.
- Attend all MCO trainings within 120 days of hire (40 hours, including two (2) consecutive eight (8) hour days).
- Experience in crisis services preferred.
- Experience working with and compassion for at-risk youth preferred.
- Education or training in trauma-informed care preferred.
- Experience in strengths-based practices preferred.
- Knowledge/experience working in the mental health, substance use, and/or problem gambling field preferred.
