Mental health support embedded in Marion police department

Foundation 2 Crisis Services’ police liaison program provides mental health support within police departments in Cedar Rapids, Marion and other neighboring communities. The goal of this partnership is to best serve individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, including avoiding unnecessary arrests, reducing repeat 911 calls, and connecting individuals and families with available resources.

    How can my agency/department request to have someone to come out and give some outreach about the agency and programming, along with getting our information and outreach in place as well.
