Sarah Nelson-Miller, Chief Operating Officer at Foundation 2, has been selected as a participant for the Leadership for Five Seasons (LFS) Adult Class of 2020, hosted by the Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance.
Sarah is one of 35 selected to participate in the ten-month formal leadership curriculum. The program provides participants with community knowledge, connections, and inspiration to make a positive impact within the community.

About Sarah Nelson-Miller
Sarah Nelson-Miller started with Foundation 2 in 2016 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. She worked in the human service field in Boulder, Colorado for over 15 years prior to returning to her native roots in Iowa. Her previous work has been in crisis services, child welfare, mental health, and criminal justice. Throughout her career, she has led community wide strategic planning, implementation of best practices and data driven decision making. Sarah has a Bachelor of Science degree in human development and family studies from Colorado State University.
