Crisis Phone Line
You don’t have to manage a crisis on your own. Foundation 2 Crisis Services provides trained, compassionate counselors to help you make it through the difficult time you’re facing. Help is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Crisis Text & Chat
We understand that sometimes it’s easier to text or chat about what you may be feeling. We offer free text and chat services 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our trained crisis counselors can talk with you and connect you with support and resources.
Mobile Crisis Outreach
Sometimes a situation would benefit from an on-site crisis counselor. Our team can come to your home, workplace, public place and more to talk with you or a loved one experiencing a crisis. Our Mobile Crisis Outreach service is available 24/7.
