Partnering to prevent suicide
Since it began in 2020, the Mental Health Matters 5K in Memory of Jeff Vipond has raised more than $67,000 to support suicide prevention efforts at Foundation 2 Crisis Services.
In 2024, these gifts were honored with naming rights to a conference room and a Legacy Wall tile in honor of Jeff Vipond, and a Legacy Wall tile in honor of Blaine Schumacher, at the Foundation 2 Crisis Services new headquarters building. Jeff and Blaine’s families have been instrumental in hosting the Mental Health Matters 5K.
