Legacy Wall
There are many ways to honor or remember a loved one who has died by suicide, experienced their own journey with mental health or thoughts of suicide, or is dedicated to the mental health field.
At Foundation 2 Crisis Services, we offer the opportunity to be part of the Legacy Wall. Your gift supports our mission and ensures your loved one’s legacy will live on in perpetuity. We look forward to helping you honor your loved one on the Legacy Wall.
Contact Katie Curtis at kcurtis@foundation2.org or 319-200-8428 to learn more or request a tile.

Financial assistance is available
A limited number of tiles are available by scholarship annually thanks to the generous support of the Iowa Giving Crew.
If you would like to inquire about this opportunity, please contact Katie Curtis at kcurtis@foundation2.org or 319-200-8428.

Legacy Wall Reception
Every September, we host a free Legacy Wall reception on World Suicide Prevention Day (Sept 10), followed by a luminaria lighting at our Headquarters location. You’re welcome to visit the Legacy Wall during regular business hours (8 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday, excluding holidays), and attend our annual reception. Learn more about the reception and luminaria lighting here.
If you have lost someone to suicide, we want you to know that you aren’t alone. There are millions of suicide loss survivors like you who are trying to cope with this heartbreaking loss. We are here to support you and your loved ones as you navigate this loss. Our services are free, confidential and completely voluntary.
We offer a youth and an adult support group – safe, supportive places to share and connect with others who have lost a friend or family member to suicide.
