You don’t have to manage a crisis on your own. Foundation 2 Crisis Services provides trained, compassionate counselors to help you through the difficult time you’re facing. All services are free and confidential.
We can help.
Free, 24/7 crisis support for anyone experiencing a mental health or suicide-related situation or concern. People reach out to the crisis center for a number of reasons including thoughts of suicide, depression or anxiety, or finding help to remediate family conflicts. Phone, text, chat, and in-person services are available.
We offer community and workplace trainings and education opportunities to further suicide prevention efforts.
When a personal or family crisis makes it necessary for teens to live away from home temporarily, the Foundation 2 Crisis Services Youth Shelter provides a safe and nurturing environment. Foundation 2 Crisis Services also connects youths to a variety of helpful services.
