Overview of the role

Manage daily coordination of the Mobile Crisis Outreach program within the Foundation 2 Mobile Crisis service area according to agency policy and practice. Oversee the hiring and supervision of Mobile Crisis Outreach staff who offer immediate response and follow-up care coordination services to clients in crisis. Participate in effective community outreach and education to ensure service delivery, knowledge of programs with school districts, partners and stakeholders. Maintain records for payroll, program data, documentation, and scheduling needs for the J-FAST program. Participate in regularly scheduled trainings with internal staff, and Foundation 2 contracted agencies.

The primary hours of this role are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some evening and weekend support as needed.

This role also requires after hours on-call leadership support on a rotating basis.

What you’ll do

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human service-related field required and 2 or more years relevant experience.
  • One year supervisory experience required.
  • High comfort with computers with ability to type quickly and multi-task.
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and be insurable by the agency auto insurance policy.
  • Pass all background checks completed by Foundation 2 Crisis Services.
  • Submit copy of college degree or transcript as required by licensure for personnel file.
  • Attend all MCO trainings within 120 days of hire (40 hours, including two (2) consecutive eight (8) hour days).
  • Experience in crisis services preferred.
  • Experience working with and compassion for at-risk youth preferred.
  • Ability to clearly communicate emotional support to people in crisis preferred.
