In this free training, participants can learn how to recognize signs of a potential crisis in families and youth; identify appropriate interventions to de-escalate situations; learn effective communication skills to build rapport and trust with families and youth in crisis; and gain an understanding of the crisis intervention framework as it relates to family and youth crisis situations.
