What we do
We are one of the community partners that provides services at the Linn County Mental Health Access Center.
At the Access Center, Foundation 2 Crisis Services’ counselors provide walk-in services including triage and suicide risk screenings.
The Access Center serves as an alternative to hospital emergency rooms during a mental health or substance-use related crisis that requires immediate attention.
At the Access Center, staff will:
- quickly assess your situation
- provide services and supports to help alleviate your crisis
- connect you to community-based services
Additional community providers at the Access Center include Abbe Health, Area Ambulance Service and St. Luke’s Chemical Dependency.
