Our Fostering Futures program provided care for 221 young people aging out of the Iowa foster care system. Many young people in Fostering Futures are experiencing homelessness, unemployment and mental health concerns. These services help young people gain and maintain stability after aging out of foster care – no matter when a crisis arises.
