We have seen our crisis center contacts increase every year – more than doubling in the last five years. Responding to these needs with expanded services and continued 24/7 hours, we ensure we can be there every time someone in crisis reaches out to Foundation 2 Crisis Services.

89% of Mobile Crisis Outreach contacts were stabilized in the community – avoiding unnecessary hospitalization or jail time.

School-based crisis services were dispatched 457 times across elementary, middle and high schools in fourteen Iowa counties. Services aim to
stabilize students in the classroom and help youth and their families navigate challenging mental health situations.

Our team of 8 Law Enforcement Liaisons provided 1,194 dispatches. We added two Liaisons this year.

We provided 1,953 Mobile Crisis Outreach dispatches to Iowans in an 11 county area.
