Workplace Mental Wellness

We understand the connection between mental health and success in the workplace. When your employees feel supported and have access to mental health resources, you can increase productivity, reduce expenses, and build a positive workplace culture. We can help.

The workplace has typically been kept separate from our personal life, but we know that when people are healthy and hopeful in their personal lives, they are more productive at work.

Approximately 1 in every 5 adults in the US has a mental illness. Mental health impacts all aspects of life, including at work. Poor mental health is a common factor in lost productivity and your bottom line is likely taking a hit due to employees’ poor mental health whether you’re aware or not.

Research shows that 72% of employees want employers to champion mental health and well-being, but many businesses don’t awlays know where to start. Foundation 2 Crisis Services has been providing mental health support community-wide for nearly 50 years. We are ready to give you the tools to support your employees and increase workplace productivity.

By addressing mental health care issues in the workplace, employers can reduce health care costs for their businesses and employees. For every $1 put into scaled up treatment for common mental disorders, there is a return of $4 in improved health and productivity.

We Can Help.

With Foundation 2 Crisis Services’ Corporate Wellness program, we can work on an individual and group level with you and your team to develop targeted mental health supports, education and resources. Our goal is to help you learn the necessary skills and resources to support your team’s mental health needs, build a positive workplace culture, and reduce expenses and lost productivity attributed to poor mental health.

Getting started:

  1. Schedule a discovery meeting with our wellness champions. Help us understand your workplace culture, what is working right and how we can best support you.
  2. Next, invite staff at all levels to participate in a focus group so we can hone in on your strengths and capture any additional needs.
  3. Then, services are tailored to meet your needs through consultation, education and ongoing support.
